I have been very lucky to work with some cool people from the Northern Sydney Institute, Felicity Mar, David Bartolo and Dr. Sarah McKay – more to come and stay tuned!

Public Speaking is a total artform. Done well, it’s a very profitable way of building influence, results and of course Sales if it suits your application.

I have had the luck of a cat lately in terms of picking up great new clients and working on some really amazing projects. One of them been has been doing “Public Speaking Mentoring” for speakers at the #TEDxNorthernSydneyInstitute.

If you have watched some of the many TEDx inspirational talks on YouTube or Facebook – they are a “Non-For-Profit” organization with the motto “Ideas worth spreading”.

The Northern Sydney Institute (part of TAFE NSW) have entered into this cool program and have put together a speaking day. I have run workshops for them previously and when they were after a Public Speaking Mentor – they gave me a call. There is still more to go and already helping them has been a positively life changing experience.

In this scenario, speakers are aiming to present presentations for about 13 minutes.

This is not long at all and already, there have been common strengths & areas for improvement I have picked up. In the spirit of my own blog, I have formed these into 7 x Key Tips and trust you enjoy:

1) Grab the Audience: When you start a presentation, the first thing is to get the audience to tune into you. There are many different ways – it can be thanking the audience, asking them a question, or even using a funny pitch in your voice. Get their attention!

2) Frame What You Are Saying: It can be very easy to listen to someone speaking and have no idea where they are going until say the last 20% of it. It’s great to spell out at the start what you are talking about, so people get the story line and context.

3) Everyday Language Not Technical / Academic Language: Unless of course you are presenting to a technical audience! Make sure you speak in a way that people understand.  Keep it simple.

4) Make it Compelling Television: Without obviously turning it into a Reality TV Show and hitting someone over the head with a chair to get ratings up – you got to make your topic interesting, sexy and worthwhile listening too. Great to think of compelling ways of making this all happen!

5) Have a Plan of what you are going to say: Really think through your style and the outcome of the presentation. Is it to inspire? Is it to inform? Is it to change? Is it to sell? Great to think through and make sure the presentation all leads that way.

6) Body Language & Voice: Great open body language and really connect with the audience! Super important on this one. Stay open and compelling.

7) A Strong Emotive Close: I noticed many people tend to have trouble with the ending. I think a great wrap up of what you spoke about is great and (if appropriate) even invite them to take further action.

My advice and learnings? Public Speaking is a 100% Pure Artform and everyone has their own unique style and expression. Even though I am an accomplished speaker these days – I am forever questioning my own approach and trying my best to make it as better as I can!

Love your work, thank you for the read and thank you again to the Northern Sydney Institute. Can’t wait till #TEDxNorthernSydneyInstitute 2015!

Supporting the Plight of the Nepalese Rebuilding their Lives! (Thank you to Liz Olds)

The Nepalese Paragon Liz Olds talking about the tragedy of the lives and history lost - yet with an inspiration to do what she can with her cause to help 50 familes. Dig deep Awesome People!

The Nepalese Paragon Liz Olds talking about the tragedy of the lives and history lost – yet with an inspiration to do what she can with her cause to help 50 familes. Dig deep Awesome People!

At the time of writing this article – 5,000+ have been lost in what has been reported as Nepal’s worst earthquake in eight decades.  In Kathmandu, many historic buildings were destroyed, with tens of thousands of homeless and living amongst the ruins in very desperate and dark times.

From my own research, there are tragic stories of whole families wiped out, whole historic sectors now being piles of rubble and many people lost from all walks of life.

Bad things obviously happen to good people in our world and one my Nepalese friends Eliza “Liz” Olds (Eliza Onta) has taken it on herself to contribute the cause of helping support 50 families in extreme situations over there.

I have been very lucky to know and work with Liz and was introduced to her by the awesome Martha Arifin.

Liz is an amazing character, the owner of Contours Merrylands and into the empowerment and support of women & men big time. She is going places and her charitable streak is purely admirable.

In watching Liz tell her story, she has given some grave reports of losing childhood friends, knowing people who have lost their children in the 7.9 magnitude quake with the loss of culture and untold damage being done to the future of Nepal and it’s tourism industry.

With any disaster, comes the rise of of the paragon and I am very blessed to be one of the many supporters of Liz in her campaign. As I write this blog post in proud support, they have $6,078 of the $15,000 target. I made my own small donation to this great cause – knowing it would go straight “to the front” going to people who would truly need it.

Well done to Liz! >> You can donate right here at the Nepal Earthquake Family Fund!

Why “Nice” Marketing SUCKS & You Need an Edge!

Sometimes in Marketing not everything you say will exactly be liked or 'Resonate' with everyone. However, the alterative of being 'nice' often has the opposite effect - you don't get noticed and sell zero!

Sometimes in Marketing not everything you say will exactly be liked or ‘Resonate’ with everyone. However, the alterative of being ‘nice’ often has the opposite effect – you don’t get noticed and sell zero!

I just had a meeting with two awesome clients & colleagues that I have super admiration and respect for! After speaking about Marketing, New Concepts & Great Ideas – we spoke a lot about Public Relationships, Effective Marketing Messages & really making a stand for something.

As part of the discussion, we were looking at key messages and although this can be a challenge – in marketing at times it critical for taking a stand for the uniqueness and strengths of what you stand for. It is very possible that the more we take a stand, is the the more likely we may “Offend” people and equally attract & repel potential customers.

Going back to where I am coming from was this one book I read very early on in my Marketing Career titled exactly that “Your Marketing Sucks” by Mark Stevens. I found it an incredible read some years ago and even though I don’t agree with some of the extremes in this book, much of the thinking set my foundation today for effective marketing and approaches.

Basically the message of this book distilled to this (at least in my mind):

– If your Marketing is “Nice” no one cares. If any advertisement doesn’t bring you sales, it’s not working. So make it stand out, powerful, controversial and do whatever it takes to get sales.

This is obviously quite an extreme type of statement / position and there are some examples and situations where I don’t think it stacks up. However conceptually, I think this is sound advice in that in business it’s very easy to get into a mode of pumping out advertisements / messages that are “Nice”, “Don’t Offend” and are “Pleasant” and also DON’T SELL YOUR PRODUCTS & SERVICES!

In my own business (such as I am in this article), I have found that overtime the more I take a stand is the more effective I get in my approach. This is exactly the same for my clients. The more I find they:

– Sell!

– Make Promises!

– Deliver Great Reasons to Buy!

– Are 100% Happy to Stand out on the Edge!

– Have no problem at all with not everyone liking their message and are being truly unique and focused.

– Is the more they Sell. Pure & simple and I have seen this play out hundreds of times.

My advice and thinking? When it comes to your Marketing & Message – you got to have a unique edge and something powerful to stand for. Come up with a message / approach that may even make you a little nervous. Why? Because it will probably stand out and get cut through against the thousands of messages we see every day.

Can you attack silly ideas in your industry? Play on topical news? Make an incredible yet realistic / verifiable claim about your services? Say something cool in a blog to get attention? (Like I have here as you are reading it!).

The more you can stand out and shine, is the more engagement you can expect – which can of course translate to more Awesome Sales & Potential High Value Clients.

Trust this tip has helped and love your work!

The Dangers of “Over-Niching” & Importance of having more than One Product / Service!

Of course you want to have a speciality & point of difference - however we don't want to be 'Niched' out of the market!

Of course you want to have a speciality & point of difference – however we don’t want to be ‘Niched’ out of the market!

For whatever reason, there is this “Interesting” message out there saying “You got to Specialize, Pick one Thing & Just do That!”

As a marketer, I am all for having a point of difference and having something “Unique & Profitable” about you and all that.

However, I have lost count of the number of people out there who have followed the “Niche / Specialize” advice to the extreme and got themselves into lots of trouble. I have seen two recent examples of two amazing business people do exactly that. They are so specialized, it’s very hard for them to attract enough work to keep the lights on / barely make a living.

They came to me with their problems and my advice (which helped turn their businesses around) was to have say 3 – 5 different products / services so they have the breadth and ability to get enough volume and build a profitable & sustainable business.

If I reflect on my most successful and profitable clients (i.e. the ones that live in the 7 Figure Club in particular), they usually have 3 – 6 different products / services over several markets. When I asked them why, you get very simple factual answers that clearly explain their logic including:

– If one area takes a hit, the other ones are there to protect against it.

– It gives more services to offer to the same target market (getting better leverage of single clients).

– It’s much easier to build a business as there is enough volume / mass to work with + more.

In short, I actually don’t know any multi-millionaire that has just one “Niche” in this regard. Sure, they may serve a given target market – but they have a range of services. Also – they may say just have a single service, but they serve multiple industries to ensure there is the volume to work with.

I was very lucky to learn this not only as a Marketer when I studied, but I would see this play out time and time again the Small Business space. These learnings inspired me to very early on broaden my focus so in essence I could not make these mistakes. As an example, I have an Online Product known as the Awesome Marketing Vault, I run workshops, Mentor, Write Content, Consult, Train & the like. My sandbox is “Marketing” sure, but I have lots of services in that sandbox which I love doing and people want.

Things also shift over time too – right now Facebook & LinkedIn are hot topics. You never know, they may not be in a few years – so the fact I have other services keeps me going and in the zone.

My advice and thinking? If you are reading this article – I bet you are concerned about the fact that you are too “Niched / Specific” in what you do or perhaps you are planning to come up with some great new services. Aim for 3 – 6 as a rule of thumb – this has worked great for many clients. Think about what you like to do, what’s profitable / sustainable and what the market wants to guide you thinking.

Love your work, thank you for the read and make contact if you need a hand awesome friend!

The Profitable Quest for Finding People as Awesome as Yourself!

It was awesome enjoying myself on Anzac Day, watching '2UP' and also reflecting on how profitable business relationships are formed!

It was awesome enjoying myself on Anzac Day, watching ‘2UP’ and also reflecting on how profitable business relationships are formed!

When you are running a Small Business and in particular when it comes to effective marketing – it’s critical to ensure we are surrounded by people as awesome as ourselves.

I am successful today, not because I am “Wonderful” or anything egotistical like that – it’s because I am very lucky to have met and be surrounded by amazing people. Awesome people (like you) support you when you are down, help promote you, refer you business and even can come up with great ideas to that help you Market yourself even better.

What inspired me to write this blog was my very awesome experience today on April 25th 2015 – Anzac Day! I was lucky to join some friends at a very hip hotel in the Inner West Suburbs of Sydney and it was a totally packed environment. There are loud bands, people in groups, those on their own passing through for a drink and us down in the action catching up with friends & the like.

As the afternoon progressed, I spoke to some great people – bumped into similar characters over and over again and I have lots of people I didn’t know smile to me, say pleasant things and the like.

Equally, you could see sad / more angry people in difficult conversations with people, in groups where you can tell people are wary of them and it struck me as a real microcosm of the world.

You had nice happy people in groups, you had the rowdy drunkards, you also had the unhappy people in groups too. Bringing this experience back to Marketing & Business – it inspired me to really think as to the importance of making sure you are surrounded by brilliant profitable relationships in business.

It all starts with the person in the mirror. Sure, I can defend myself when I have too – however, my default nature is pleasant, nice and I am forever smiling too. People usually have no problem saying hello to me as they know they are most likely going to get nothing but kindness back from me. Hence, it’s easy to make friends.

My advice and thinking from this awesome Anzac Day experience? Put out positive awesome vibes and you will be amazed at who you attract in return. My business & life has transformed due to me giving first and putting out positive stuff all the time.

Getting this right makes life easier, more fun and of course – if you have 10 x people that love you who are forever promoting you, that is some pretty cool marketing right there.

Love your work, thank you for the read – Lest We Forget of course for our Anzac Heroes and those in Military and the Defence Services!

7 x Key Profitable Thoughts, Reflections & Marketing Epiphany’s Over the Years…

In addition to the article - coffee is also a great enhancer of Marketing Success. Whatever it takes to keep you in the zone!

In addition to the article – coffee is also a great enhancer of Marketing Success. Whatever it takes to keep you in the zone!

Learning Small Business Marketing and seeing the “Profitable” Secrets over the years has been a key privilege of mine from many points of view.

Even though part of me feels like I just started my business yesterday, people today often refer to me as a “Marketing Expert”, “A Man Who Know’s It All” and the like. When they do, I kind of look over my shoulder and think who are they talking about with a smile and humour.

In having worked with hundreds personally and thousands when I count the amount of speaking and workshops I have done – there have been some common traits and numbers that I have really seen play out over time.

The people who excel at their own Marketing usually have common traits, compared to those that struggle with their own marketing to get all the profitable clients they deserve (a lot of these lessons too are covered in quite a bit of detail in my Premium Online Course too, The Awesome Marketing Vault if you are interested!).

In reflecting on this on a nice Friday night, it has inspired me to place my Top 7 x Key Profitable Thoughts of Marketing over the years:

1) Successful Marketers Don’t Let Insecurity Get to Them: We all get insecure in business. Someones we wonder where our next clients and the like are coming from! Everyone gets insecure and the successful ones channel their nervous energy into getting more high value clients. That is – the negative emotion is channeled in such as way to create a positive result.

2) Successful Marketers Work out What Works / What Doesn’t: Not everything we do in marketing works and the top ones are willing to try everything and use the wins / losses to guide their decision making.

3) Successful Marketers Are Consistent: Probably like anything in life, they are forever at it – forever marketing and forever pushing themselves to make regular Sales Approaches and the like.

4) Successful Marketers Learn How to Sell: You can’t just pump out LinkedIn or Facebook Posts and expect people to buy from you. You need to often speak to potential clients, help them and get them over the line. Marketing is often getting the lead in – but then you got to get it over the line.

5) Successful Marketers Choose to be Positive When Most Won’t: I have stressful moments like anyone and the trick is to “Choose to be Positive” and see the glass as half full. This gives inspiration & focus.

6) Successful Marketers Can Handle Negative Feedback: We all cop negative feedback at times and the trick is turning that into learning, evolution and inspiration.

7) Successful Marketers Help Other People: They know success is a two way street and they love helping people – even when no money is on the table. This makes them well liked, so surprise surprise – they get lots of referrals.

My advice and big learnings on all this? If you know someone of course who is kicking butt – observe them and ask why. I always do and you can easily learn a thing or two.

Love your work and trust this helps!

The Profitable Client Attraction Importance of Having a Premium Stylish Identity!

Miss Lushes Lashes is one awesome Beauty Salon capturing the essence of the 50's in style. The funny & sexy wall-art of yesterday, makes today a Premium Brand Experience!

Miss Lushes Lashes is one awesome Beauty Salon capturing the essence of the 50’s in style. The funny & sexy wall-art of yesterday, makes today a Premium Brand Experience!

I love working with Awesome Start-Up clients with many coming to me who are either out of Corporate or women who have taken time off after having children and want to be the captain’s of their own ship (which I think is totally awesome).

Once we get the Strategy & Direction right – the first thing we often look at is their “Brand”, “Identity” & “Style”. I often ask them direct questions such as “If you were say some else and you saw your brand – would you honestly hire you?”

I often get that hesitation, pause and then the ashamed “No I probably wouldn’t”.

There is nothing wrong with that and I am quick to reassure my aware clients that it’s okay and something we need to work through. In quite simple terms, it means they aren’t “Attractive Enough” to be considered a viable supplier or prospect by their target market.

This is quite common with Coaches, Consultants, Mentors and Marketers as well. I have many of these awesome service providers as Private Mentoring Clients or Online Members of my Awesome Marketing Vault and quite often – upgrading their Brand, Logo, Business Cards and Identity to give them that beautiful “BMW / Audi / Prada” image can make the massive difference between them getting high value clients or not.

After all – when you first meet someone what do you hand over? A business card with your details on there. If you do this part well – you can get a massive head start in impressing a potential client.

A great example of a person who has a great image is the awesome Tina from Miss Lushes Lashes from Camden in Greater Sydney. She runs this amazing beauty Salon and she has worked hard to capture the image of the 1950’s. From the way staff are dressed, to the fit-out of the place, retro-TV’s, business cards and the like – when you go in there, you get nothing but an awesome premium vibe.

My advice and thinking from all this? Like Tina’s example and the Premium Brands you have out there – get a top Graphic Designer to help you create an image of “Irresistable Beauty” so people just want to buy from you. This makes all the massive difference!

Deliver a Premium Product / Service, have the Premium Image and you can fairly charge a Premium Price to awesome clients that you attract.

Love your work and thank you for the read!

The Best Marketing Strategy Ever: Surrounding Yourself with Awesome People!

I am very lucky to be surrounded with awesome people such as Hayley, Chris and Martha. They help promote me and I promote them. Effective marketing requires awesome people. Pure and simple!

I am very lucky to be surrounded with awesome people such as Hayley, Chris and Martha. They help promote me and I promote them. Effective marketing requires awesome people. Pure and simple!

I was recently very lucky to meet with an awesome client who I have utmost respect for. They are kind, intelligent, brilliant – and a very nice / caring person who is being taken advantage of by many people in his life.

In protecting their privacy privacy, I shall call him * Brian *.  Right now in his life, he has had family members & business partners all prey on his generous nature in a range of ways. Basically, what happened to the poor guy is that he is a successful business owner – however, he is mentally exhausted, stretched to his limits and he is having lots of trouble selling, marketing and doing what he needs to do – why? Because he is mentally exhausted.

When I met with him to talk marketing & getting more clients – the meeting started off with me picking that he emotionally was barely keeping it together. As we spoke, the emotion came to the surface and things just turned this instant corner. It became me sharing more my experiences of overcoming tragedy in my own life and also reflections of my old Military / Law Enforcement days when I worked the mean streets of Melbourne.

I was more playing to my older strengths as a Chaplain / Mentor type of character and during our discussion it became very obvious very quickly why * Brian * was at the end of his tether.

He has amazing friends, clients and help – however, he had a large proportion of so called “Friends” who were taking advantage of him. They were using him for his care, love, his energy and in very simple / sad terms they were “Wiping their Feet on Him”. When we both came to this consensus in the conversation (and having been through this myself) – I was very quick to advise him to work on only “Win / Win” & “Mutually Beneficial” relationships in his business and life. * Brian * was smiling, happier, lighter and loved the advice and was ready to put it into instant practice.

Bringing this back to effective Sales & Marketing – it’s very hard to go out there and “Sell” if you are say surrounded by people in your life who are taking advantage of you. In addition (as once happened to me), you can have referral partners that are only too happy to take referrals – but have no interest in giving you any back. This of course leads to missing out on tons of potential business, which is a massive marketing issue!

* Brian * is an awesome operator. He is a cool and kind man and to help take his marketing to the next level he needs win / win people in his life that can help:

– Support him during difficult times.

– Give him back great referrals like he gives them.

– Give him tips on selling & success.

– Motivate and invigorate him to achieve more.

Some years ago, I was once like this. I was once surrounded by many that took advantage of me. I then met this amazing man (who may be Grant Dempsey of 4Networking) who believed in me, treated me with full win / win – so I could achieve some great things in life to come. As I surrounded myself with people as awesome as * Brian * and myself – great things came to fruition.

My advice and learnings? Focus on the Win / Win people in your life and if you are in any situations where it’s not fair on both parties, either change that relationship, back off or even consider ending it. You will feel better for it, you shall create conditions to make you a better marketer – and of course life shall rock!

Thank you for the read, thank you * Brian * – you rock and love your work!

Finding Your Profitable Unique Edge & Having “The Guts” to Go For it!

Having your clear edge and then the guts to go hard with promoting it can be a challenge. But not for Scott Edmonds who inspired this article!

Having your clear edge and then the guts to go hard with promoting it can be a challenge. But not for Scott Edmonds who inspired this article!

I am very lucky to work with an array of totally awesome people. With many of the people I help we often have the conversation of “Finding Your Unique Profitable Edge” and how to leverage this to help one get lots of high value clients.

Today I was very grateful to work with Scott Edmonds who is a “Business Architect” that uses his own entrepreneurial & intuitive edge to pull businesses apart and put them back together in a more profitable manner.

We get along quite well for a lot of reasons and as you can tell by the photo – one key reason is that we are obviously “Eccentric” and “Quirky” type of characters. Sure, we may be strange by conventional logic, however make no mistake – we are sharp leaders and specialists in what we do.

When I was working with Scott and helping him package his natural brilliance into a Marketable Concept – it was very clear that he is certainly not an “Off the Shelf” type of Mentor / Business Consultant type of character.

I have seen him get some amazing results with clients that could not be done with a cookie-cutter process and the reality is that he is very different compared to many players in the industry operates. He works from his highly evolved intuitive space, he does amazing work and he actually picks up lots of players in the Accounting Space.

There are a lot of reasons of why he kicks butt and one of them is quite simply that he knows his edge, what makes him different and he has no fear or hesitation in marketing that.

Will everyone like his value offering? Of course they won’t – if they want to see so called “Processes” they may not be the ideal clients. However, if they are open to reason and potential clients that can think outside of the square, Scott Edmonds would be a very attractive asset to them.

My advice and thinking from all this and the inspiration from Scott today?

1) Find Your Edge: Think carefully, deeply, workout your advantage in the market.

2) Work / Express that Edge: You got to capture it into simple words / language so you can get the idea across.

3) Back yourself 100% and Market Hard! You got to market yourself with full confidence and no hesitation. When you do that, things can rock in total style.

I trust these awesome tips hope point you in the right direction of working out your true strength! Love your work & thanks!

The Profitable Importance of Making it Easy for Your Customers to BUY FROM YOU!

In Sales & Marketing it's great to make your services as easy to buy as possible. Is there somewhere small & enticing you can start? One great saying I once heard about Business, Sales & Marketing is “Make it easy for your customers to buy from you”.

I think that makes better than ever sense in many respects and I have seen this play out for myself personally and my awesome clients many times over.

In this whole situation I think there are several different ways of looking at the problem. One is of course the actual process of placing an order, paying, collecting money and the like. The other which is more the direction I was going to look at in this article is “Where do new potential clients get started?”

Depending on what you do in business, how much you sell it for, your reputation and to whom of course – it can be a tall order just asking someone from scratch for say anything from $2,000 and upwards (even less) unless they have proven to themselves that you are “The Real Thing” and what they are buying for that amount is exactly what they need.

In other words, if someone doesn’t really know you as a Small Business Owner and you go in there asking for lots of money, it may be very hard (if not impossible) to get them to agree to such a position. After all, if someone just asked you for a stack of money and you weren’t convinced what would you say?

Perhaps, “No”, “Prove It”, “Give me time to think about it” and the like would come up? In short, you may totally unconvinced to take any further steps as it’s just “Too Much” from where you have started.

What if however you say got a free Video from them, attended one of their free live workshops, purchased a smaller product from them – or say could test them out for $500 or something like that? You may consider giving that a “Shot” and them taking it from there. After all – a “Free Workshop” is a much lower risk than giving someone $2,000 (or more) and you can learn more about them in this forum.

Talking personally, when it comes to people hiring me they are rightfully going to check me out first. They may get a referral, come to a live webinar, read my blogs for a while, ask for a coffee chat, come to say a $400 workshop – basically take a smaller step to find out information about me and what I do.

This type of thinking makes it “Much Easier” for my customers to buy from me.

My advice and thinking? Think about what you can do in your case to make it just easier for people to buy from you. Can you give a guarantee? Give some light information? Give a few steps at the start? Offer them a free taste? Basically I am saying – think through what you can give as a teaser, so it get’s people engaged with you leading onto great things.

“Marketing” is one of those strangest professions in business for sure.

Operations is quite linear and logical, Accounting is Numbers, IT has quite a logical flow to it and Sales – well is moving product as much as you can.

When it comes to one of the biggest artforms in business, “Marketing” – it is a challenging blend of Logic, Process & Creativity. Be it you are launching a great business or are in business trying to promote yourself – you need “Creative Out-There Ideas” quite often to keep people interested in your services and of course get Profitable High Value Clients & Sales.

For me personally, it’s always quite a challenge in that I am forever coming up with ideas for myself and my awesome clients. There are probably a lot of reasons of why I am great at this and one of them for sure is the fact I am always out there and keeping my eyes open for great new ideas that can really help people.

If I am walking down the street or say going for a drive – deep in the back of my mind I am always on the lookout for great ideas that can help me and my clients. One recent one for me was accidentally finding the “New KFC Concept” in the main Church St (Cafe Precinct) of Parramatta Western Sydney. It was amazing, I took some video of it giving some commentary (and it’s been seen 20,000+ times already) and it inspired me to think about Premium Quality & Services.

The New KFC colours were a beautiful Black & White – and this top design gave me lots of ideas and inspiration about the bold look that makes one looks like a Premium Option / Industry Leader.

Sometimes I see great advertisements which are really well written on Facebook and I get ideas from there. I may see some great copy / content on a billboard that stimulates an idea. Quite often, I hear something great and amazing at a Business Networking event that gives me a new profitable idea.

My advice & learnings? Don’t just look inside your own industry.  Forever be open to new great ideas that can really come from left field. You may find that one great idea that makes you tons of money.
