Third time is most certainly charm in that I have enjoyed the “Be More Awesome Sales Mastery 1/2 Day Workshop” for now the third time.

It’s been an incredible experience learning Sales from the awesome Sharon Grant who is known for her tenacity, drive, directness and ability to help people SELL.

Even though many consider me great at sales; I am actually the first to say that I shall be learning this skill for life. It’s a total art form which I always love to think through and refine more.

What she has done incredibly well that I wish to highlight is that she delivers a far great workshop experience that you would normally expect. If I can be as bold and direct to say this, there are A WHOLE LOT of workshops in Sydney.

Some are really good, but most aren’t and when you find a great workshop it makes all the difference. Sharon’s is quite exception for a range of reasons and because she seriously over delivers it creates a situation where people leave very happy. Her content, experience, effort and value delivered is much more than promised.

As this occurs she gets an incredible conversion and going further in that thinking, it has helped her build a massive foot print fast across Sydney.

If you think it through Sharon actually does the opposite of many others in our Marketing, Sales & Entrepreneurial industries. They are known for promising you the world and delivering you far short; with Sharon playing the direct opposite.

My advice and lessons from this? By all means Market, but make sure you DELIVER FAR MORE than what you promise. That conservatism shall set you up for a massive round of success and wins. People will like you more, there shall be great word of mouth and things shall just flow.

Deliver more. Simple!

Love your work, thank you for the read, you rock Sharon and stay awesome!
