Kshama and her team from Coach and Connect are great people. An honour to work with them!
It’s 11:16PM and it’s been a great day doing lots of great stuff. My evening today included speaking at the wonderful ‘Coach & Connect’ in North Sydney.
It’s a Coaching Network and it was run by Kshama Upadhyay who is a brilliant, STRONG operator that is in the zone.
Kshama is someone who I have known that gets my respect. There are many reasons for that (e.g. competence, focus, style etc) with my main reason being that she is a strong person.
What I mean by strong is that she is:
– Focused on her beliefs
– Sticks to her guns
– Will make her points get heard
– Outcome focused
– Savvy
– Doesn’t take BS
– In the zone
I really like these traits and strong people are the ones who win big.
My advice and thinking? Whether you think you are strong or not, I am not too spooked. You can become more this way. I honestly spend lots of my life not too strong, but I worked on my own fortitude, stamina and strength overtime and it’s been great. Strong people are great people and wind up very successful. I see it all the time.
