You never know when you are going to meet great people.
Sometimes it’s quite intentional and say a wonderful Business Chamber; or perhaps more organic such as through a friend, of a friend of a friend, of a cousin of a friend.
Many years ago, I met a group of original powerhouse people and then moved onto different spaces in life. As Sydney of course is a small place where the BRILLIANT FLOCK TOGETHER, I then came into contact again with these incredible people on many levels.
One of them was the Generous, Smart and Integrity driven Julie Crockett. She is quite well known around town as a Property Expert, Buyer and Commentator. I have met her clients, referral partners, received great advice from her and seen her in action on stage wowing smart groups of critical people.
Julie Crockett is smart and brilliant and if you have seen me speak, she is the cool character from my slide I put up on “Surrounding Yourself with the Right People”. I love her work as Julie is:
- Integrity Driven: She is no-bull and you can trust what she says. If she tells me something now, I wouldn’t even double check it as I know it’s 100%
- Uses Research and Numbers: When Julie makes say Property recommendations or more, it won’t be because she ‘thinks so’. It shall be because she has research, numbers and technology to back her thinking. Very smart.
- Brilliant Connections: You can judge someone by their company, and by that metric Julie comes up squeaky clean. She has given me some great introductions to incredible people and they rock (as does Julie).
