Over the many years I have been in business and worked in marketing; “Email Marketing” has always been that extremely powerful, yet highly underrated marketing strategy.
For whatever reason many people tend to overlook email marketing and I think in all honestly it just doesn’t sound as cool as ‘Facebook Advertising’, ‘LinkedIn 2nd Layer’ or ‘Google Remarketing’.
It’s actually one of the internets oldest marketing strategies and done well; it’s a very powerful marketing technique that takes little cost, not much time and offers an extremely high return. The time taken to write a decent newsletter is say constant, but whether I email 5, 500 or 5,000 it’s no extra work!
That is what makes it very powerful and I have also been a massive fan of Mailchimp Premium. It rocks and love it.
