Eating well is a great too for getting back into and staying in the zone!

People tell me a lot how positive, focused and in the zone I am. Whilst I would say that is true as an overall statement, I have my moments where I am certainly not that.

It could be after a setback, I may feel a bit tired from some long hours or whatever trigger; sometimes I can get quite cluttered and overloaded in my thoughts. It doesn’t happen that much, but when it does; it can certainly throw me out of the zone.

To get back in the zone, this is what I find really works:

  • Get some rest: This is great and sometimes our mind goes off track for that reason.
  • Light exercise / go for a walk: I love this type of move.
  • Meditate / Pray: Phone off, no watching YouTube, this really clears my mind in many ways.

I find that if I don’t do this, the thinking tends to take me over. My once negative thoughts feel real, where they weren’t say a day or two ago.

My advice or thinking? Daily prayer, meditation and exercise is critical! It helps to prevent this thinking and when you think this way, hit it harder to help one get out of it. It works, I love it! As you do this, you can then focus on what you really want and it sets you up to win big on many levels.
