If you have read any of my previous articles about the Novotel at Sydney Olympic Park you will know I am totally in love with that venue, it’s location, the conference side of things and the wonderful staff that work there. I am also quite a tough critic of many things in business and I would have done at least 5 x workshops at that complex so far.
What quite impresses me about Accor / Novotel is how consistent they are. I have been to many Novotel’s across the world and you get a very similar experience, from cleaners going past, to managers, to Hotel staff; with all of them working very hard in greetings, offering you help when you are tripping over yourself with luggage / equipment and they HAVE ALWAYS setup our rooms perfectly. You get in at say 7:30AM for an early morning workshop and you have nothing to worry about venue wise – you just go for it and get to work!
Talking to the workshop we ran today it was “Awesome Profitable Facebook and LinkedIn Marketing” – on of my favourite topics. We had a great group of business owners and what is great is that as the venue does THINGS REALLY WELL it gives you less to worry about so you can focus 110% on running a great workshop and looking after attendees. In summary, Novotel rocks for these 10 x Reasons:
1) The venue is attractive inside and out.
2) Parking is not an issue!
3) As you arrive, staff are there waiting to help you get into your event.
4) Everyone is nice and says hello.
5) They do exactly that they promise and your surprises are only positive ones.
6) The Conference Rooms make you look sleek.
7) The View is Amazing.
8) The food is wonderful.
9) Problems? Fixed.
10) They are there for you + many more!
Aparajita Dass was the fine Conference Supervisor looking after us for the afternoon session – and she made it easy, was at our back and call and it all rocked.
My advice? If you are in Sydney holding events – Novotel Sydney Olympic Park. Beautiful, sleek, stylish and you can trust them.
