Anyone hungry for a “Pulled Beef” Pizza? I am glad I am a Vegetarian lol

Hello Awesome People!

After a great day bushing walking with my special person, our cat (yes we took our cat on a leash) and getting some great fitness and bonding time in – we finished the day incredibly satisfied and equally hungry.

“Pizza” became the desired food to recharge our depleted sugar reserves and what is better than a cheap Domino’s Pizza? We stopped, grabbed our cat in his kitty carrier and then walked in.

Without thinking any sick thoughts, I was just being “Normal” thinking what anyone would on a Saturday night who is hungry and spending time with their loved ones.

As I walked up, I saw the most strangest message on a Domino’s Promotional Artwork that included:

– Argentinian Pulled Beef

– Fully Loaded

– Slow Cooked Pulled Beef

Until tonight I had never heard of Pulled Beef in my life – then all of a sudden I am confronted with a quite out in the open poster. After checking my sanity and putting it up on Facebook, it wasn’t before long that people confirmed that they had similar reactions and the like.

Isn’t this awesome marketing? Sure it was innuendo, but whoever came up with this concept is a total genius. It grabbed attention, it worked and even it inspired me to write about it and share it on my blog and Facebook.

Of course innuendo and this approach doesn’t suit every business, BUT this is a great example of creative marketing. It grabs attention, suits the quirky humour of the concept and I think is a great way of selling Pizza and getting a giggle at the same time.

In my own business, it has even inspired me to think of something “Way More Clever” to really drive patronage to my website and get some awesome attention.

My own advice & thinking from this one? This concept just rocks and it’s inspired me to be extra creative in what I am doing. Think about your own marketing too! What concept can you come up with that will just rock, get noticed and cut through all the clutter out there? Think of some great words, questions or ideas that will just make you stand out and rock.
