Eating less after 6PM

I have been asked lots lately about my weight loss and even I am impressed! I lost my double chin, my eyes look really big now (like when Oprah got really slim) and it’s been a great feeling.

There are some key moves that I have made with I would say 80% of the result coming from EATING LESS AFTER 6PM.

I used to eat Pizza, Pasta, demolish a Packet of Crackers & Cheese; whilst wonderful why I was getting quite fat? (Well, derp!).

After 6PM these days I take it really easy in what I eat. Salads, Tofu, Soups, Vegetables and the like has been great. If I eat heavy carbs (e.g. pasta), I have a small bowl and keep the portion size down.

It totally works!

My advice and thinking? Watch it after 6PM folks! Give your body a chance to digest its food, heal overnight and watch the kilos fall off you. It works!
