This was quite an important topic for this time of year in that many Business Owners (myself included) are busy working on their Marketing Planning and Approach for 2015. In writing my own plan, I found that a lot of it centered more on Process, Automation and Online this time round. If I look at my own plan from last year, it was more about getting established and ensuring I have enough Consulting work coming in.
Planning myself has been outstanding for my business from a range of viewpoints. Besides being able to demonstrating this to awesome clients, it’s helped me grow faster, given me confidence, strength and helped reduce the anxiety and stress of business at times.
